The Education organization invites applications from eligible M.Tech-qualified candidates for JRF submission. The vacancy is in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department, BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, Hyderabad, Telangana. Applications are invited to work on an Industry Project funded by Redpine Signals Inc. under the supervision of Dr. Parikshit Sahatiya, Assistant Professor , Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, BITS-Pilani, campus of Hyderabad. The project includes the manufacture and characterisation of Versatile Memristors and their use in the study of AC signals.

Candidates should have a strong background in Solid State Electronics and Device Physics. It is important to have previous experience in system manufacture, synthesis and characterisation of nano materials with GATE qualification.
